Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are already included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout unless clearly specified. Shipping fees included in the product price are non‑refundable once an order has been shipped.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Weather or unexpected events
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement where possible.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped.
